Please note the following important guidelines:
1. **TV Placement**: The TV must be in the same room where it will be installed. Additional charges will apply if technicians need to move or transport the TV from one room to another.
2. **Pets**: Ensure pets are secured before the technician arrives. This is crucial for the safety of both your pets and the technician.
3. **Smoking**: No smoking is allowed in the presence of the technician or in the installation room. The room must be smoke-free on the day of the installation. Failure to comply will result in denial of service, and any payments made will be forfeited.
4. **Payment**: Any remaining balances are due upon the technician's arrival.
5. **Adult Presence**: An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the location for the technician to complete the service.
